Strong community support is needed in order for us to continue providing unique educational programs and new scholarship opportunities. Below are ways that you may contribute to our organization.


The North Allegheny Foundation is a 501 (c) (3) organization. As such, contributions are deductible to the extent allowed by the Internal Revenue Service.

Golf Classic

The North Allegheny Foundation Golf Classic is held annually. Participation in the Golf Classic is a wonderful way to entertain customers or reward employees on one of the area’s prestigious and scenic golf courses. Golfers will enjoy a full day including: lunch, 18 holes of golf, hors d’eouvres, dinner, prizes, raffle, awards and more!

If you cannot join us on the course, there are numerous other opportunities for local businesses to contribute to this worthwhile fundraising event. Consider sponsoring a staff golfer. We would be pleased to provide you with an advertisement in our golf event program, or you could purchase a tee, green or yard marker sponsorship. We would also appreciate any form of merchandise or services you would like to donate to our auction or golfer gift bag. However you choose to participate, we will showcase the name of your business in our program as well as in our District-wide newsletter.

Honor Someone Special Program

The North Allegheny Foundation is pleased to announce a program to honor students and educators in this community. At any time of the year, you can honor a teacher, administrator or student through a tax-deductible contribution of $25 dollars or more to the North Allegheny Foundation. A donation to the Foundation is a meaningful way to say “thank you” on many occasions:

  • Your child has had an exceptional experience with a teacher this year
  • Your child is moving from one school building to another
  • A cherished teacher or administrator is retiring or relocating
  • A student is graduating
  • A holiday season or birthday

A memorial donation to the Foundation is also a wonderful way to remember someone who made North Allegheny School District an integral part of their life.

United Way Donations

You may designate your United Way donation, or a proportion thereof, to go towards the North Allegheny Foundation. Our United Way organization code number is 3567.

Foundation Patrons Program

For a contribution of $25.00 or more, you can become a member of the Foundation Patrons Program. Please make checks payable to: North Allegheny Foundation, 200 Hillvue Lane, Pittsburgh, PA 15237. All Patrons will be recognized in our event programs and our annual newsletter.
